Interactive construction of physical models opens up endless possibilities for 3D printing.

1. The printer starts to print the model on the surface of the desk. The printing process is completed when the model fills up the working space.

3. After filling up the working volume once again, printer or desk  are moved away to the maximum size of the working volume. The process can be repeated an unlimited number of times.

2. Once the model has filled up the working volume of the 3D printer or working space, the printer is reset to its maximal working space and is then fixed.

Using sensors, the printer determines the location (coordinates) of the table, the location of the model, makes the appropriate adjustments in the model, and continues printing.

Vertical 3D Printer

1. The printer is kept in its storage mode.

2. The desk is moved, is fixed, and the printer starts printing.

3. The desk if moved after the second cycle, fixed, and the the printer starts printing.

4. The printer's ability to print on non-parallel planes allows the printer to print this model.
